Photo proof

Clean should be shown, not claimed.

Most cleaning happens while nobody is watching. So we leave a record: who was there, when, what was done, and what it looked like when we left. It is in your portal before you open, every night, even if the news is that a visit could not be confirmed.

01.The loop

Five steps, every visit.

  1. 01

    Check-in

The crew checks in on site. Arrival time and crew are recorded.

  2. 02

    Clean to scope

Every area has a written checklist. Tasks are ticked off as they are done.

  3. 03

    Photo proof

Time-stamped photos of priority areas, taken after cleaning.

  4. 04

    Report posted

The visit report is in your portal before you open. Anything that needs your attention is marked “For your attention” in the report.

  5. 05

    We answer

See something off? Flag it from the report. We answer within one business day.

02.Client portal

One login for every building.

The report is the start. The portal is where you run the account, whether that is one clinic or a regional portfolio.

03.Photo policy

What we never photograph.

Documentation should protect you, not create a new risk. This is our photo policy. Every crew member signs it before working a shift on their own.

  • No people: patients, students, staff or visitors
  • No screens, documents, whiteboards or mail
  • No protected health information, ever
  • No secure or restricted areas you designate
  • Photos are stored against your account only, visible only to your authorized users and our staff
  • Ask us to leave any area out of the photos; its checklist is still recorded
