06.Questions
Straight answers.
Including what it costs, and why we price after a walkthrough.
What does commercial cleaning cost?+
Price follows scope: cleanable square footage, floor types, restroom and fixture counts, frequency and any specialty work. We do not quote sight unseen, because those numbers always change. After a walkthrough you get a written scope with a fixed monthly price, plus Texas sales tax. Extra work, such as floors, carpet or windows, is priced separately and booked only when you approve it.
What is a photo-verified report?+
After every visit you get a report with the crew, check-in and check-out times, the completed checklist for each area and time-stamped photos of priority areas. It is in your portal before you open, and anything that needs your attention is marked “For your attention” in the report. The checklist is the crew's own record; the photos show the priority areas as we left them. Any area you do not want photographed is left out, and its checklist is still recorded.
What if a visit has no report?+
If a crew has not checked out by morning, the visit shows as “Not confirmed” in your portal. We do not mark it done. Our office looks into it that morning and tells you what happened.
What can we do in the client portal?+
See your schedule, read every visit report, request extra services or schedule changes, report an issue, view invoices, and see who on your team has access.
How do we ask for something or change a night once we are a client?+
In your portal, in a few taps. Pick what you need (skip or move a visit, add a cleaning, report a problem, restock supplies or ask a question), fill in a short form and send it. We answer within one business day, and our answer shows in the portal under Requests. A schedule change counts once we confirm it there; an extra cleaning is priced first and booked only when you say yes. One rule: never type a door or alarm code into a request.
Is the portal hard to learn?+
It opens in the browser on any phone or computer, with nothing to install. A Help page inside the portal gives short numbered steps for each thing clients do: read a report, change a visit, add a cleaning, follow a request and see invoices. The sign-in page has its own help links.
What happens if something is missed?+
Tell us in the portal; it takes a minute, and your request shows as Received right away. We answer within one business day (urgent requests the same business day) and fix it on the next visit or sooner. You can follow it under Requests until it is marked Resolved.
What happens when our regular cleaner is out?+
Whoever covers works from the same written instructions: your building's checklist, entry notes and photo list are in the crew app, not in one person's head. Door and alarm codes open only for the crew assigned that night, and every time one is opened it is logged.
How do we switch from our current cleaner?+
After the walkthrough you get a written scope and price. When you approve it, we set the first night with you, around the notice you owe your current cleaner. Before that night we walk the crew through the building, collect keys and codes in person (never by email), and set up portal logins for your team.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?+
Yes. Cleaning chemicals and equipment are ours and are in the price. Paper, soap and trash liners are your choice: keep buying them yourself, or have us supply and restock them, priced in your proposal. Safety data sheets for everything we bring on site are available on request.
