01

Coverage by area and risk level

We scope healthcare facilities by risk as well as size. Each area type gets its own written procedure, frequency and checklist.

  • Exam and treatment rooms: end-of-day cleans (between-patient turnover stays with your clinical team)
  • Waiting areas, nurse stations and public restrooms
  • Front desk, offices and administrative space
  • Labs, break rooms and staff areas (as scoped)
02

Disinfectants and dwell time

We use EPA-registered disinfectants chosen with your staff, and we name them in your scope. The labeled contact time matters: a disinfectant wiped dry too early has not done its job.

03

People, privacy and access

Our photo policy is strict: no patients, no screens, no paperwork, no PHI in frame. We support your badging, immunization and orientation requirements.

Questions

Healthcare FAQ.

Do you take photos inside clinical areas?+

Only of surfaces and rooms after cleaning, and only under our no-PHI photo policy: no patients, no screens, no documents. Ask us to leave any area out of the photos; its checklist is still recorded.

Can you clean around late appointments and weekend hours?+

Yes. Arrival time is set for each night of the week around your schedule, and a day porter can cover the hours you are open.

Will you follow our own infection-control policies?+

Yes. Your policies and your clinical team's direction come first, and we write them into your scope before the first night.
