01.Why we exist
Cleaning has a trust problem.
Commercial cleaning happens at night, out of sight, and most clients only hear about it when something goes wrong. The contract says five nights a week. Nobody can say for certain whether Tuesday happened.
Last Out was started in San Antonio to close that gap. Every visit ends with a report: who was on site, when they arrived and left, the checklist they completed and photos of the result. You see it before you open.
We are a new, locally owned company and we are building deliberately: one city first, a written scope for every building, and crews who stay with their buildings.

Show the work
If we cleaned it, there is a record. If there is no record, we say so before you ask.
Know the building
People who know a building clean it better and notice when something is wrong.
Answer fast
A missed trash can is a small problem. Not hearing back about it is a big one. We answer every request within one business day.
Say what we are
We list the credentials we hold and nothing we do not. The same goes for what we can take on.
