01

Cleaning for health

Classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, nurse's offices and athletic spaces each get their own checklist. The surfaces many hands touch, such as door handles, desks, railings and faucets, are cleaned and disinfected on a set schedule.

02

Built around the calendar

Nightly service during the term, day porters for high-traffic campuses, event coverage for games and performances, and summer and winter-break deep cleans and floor programs while buildings are empty.

03

Standards your peers use

We can scope to APPA cleanliness levels, the five-level scale schools use to say how clean a building should be, so expectations and staffing are tied to a recognized benchmark. We can also work to green-cleaning specifications such as Green Seal GS-42.

04

Higher education

Academic buildings, labs (as scoped), libraries, student unions, residence-hall common areas and athletics. Each has a different rhythm, and each gets its own scope and schedule.
